Install apt-get on Fedora

First thing you’ll want to do is download the rpm for the fedora distribution you’re using. Server for Fedora project archives: http://archives.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/ For Fedora core 6 the complete url is: http://archives.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/linux/extras/6/i386/apt-0.5.15lorg3.2-10.fc6.i386.rpm To install, type as root: rpm -ivh apt*rpm -ivh apt*
