Freemake video converter

Freemake Video Converter is a free video converter:

This software installs a service which you don’t really need. To remove this service:

  1. Open Control Panel, go to Administrative tools, open Services
  2. Find “FreemakeUtilsService”, right click it, select “Stop”
  3. Open your start menu, go to accessories, find “Command Prompt”, right click it and choose “Run As Administrator”
  4. In the command prompt window type “SC Delete FreemakeUtilsService” then hit enter. (No quotes)
  5. You will see a message “[SC] DeleteService SUCCESS”
